 Zeev Liond

Zeev Liond is the head of the firm. He completed his internship in 1976 with the late Adv. Shmuel Tamir, the former Minister of Justice, and subsequently became his partner. He has vast litigation experience and has handled complex cases in many spheres: commercial, contracts, administrative law, companies, dissolution of partnerships, restrictive trade practices, defamation, intellectual property, licensing, planning and building, class actions and more.  

Adv. Liond has provided legal backing for large-scale commercial activity in many spheres, including purchases and mergers, inter aliain the media and press, oil and gas, restrictive trade practices, real estate, cellular content companies and more. He has also acted in many real estate transactions and provided representation in planning and building proceedings before the various agencies and courts.

He has an LLB from Tel Aviv University.

 Menahem Weizman

Menahem is a partner in the firm. He completed his internship at the firm in 1992. He has vast litigation experience in a variety of spheres, including commercial disputes, defamation, copyright and class actions. He handles commercial activity and contracts in various spheres and provides routine legal backing to newspapers, printing houses and companies engaging in the cellular content market.

He has an LLB from Tel Aviv University.

Dor Liond

Dor Liond completed his internship at the firm of S. Horowitz & Co., where he practiced litigation in administrative law and planning and building, including the provision of legal aid to Gush Katif evacuees. He returned to the firm in 2006.
His practice focuses on commercial law, primarily in the media and press sphere, complex content agreements, intellectual property, commercial torts, cellular media activity, event production and sponsorship agreements, investment agreements and the purchase of companies.

Dor represents major media entities in various legislative processes before the Knesset committees and practices litigation, primarily in defamation and copyright; he also provides routine legal counselling to newspapers and various Internet content sites.

Dor has a LLB from Tel Aviv University, and a MBA from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.

 Alon Nadav

Alon completed his internship at the firm in 1998.

He primarily practices in defamation, copyright and commercial litigation, and also handles the commercial activity of various media entities.

He has an LLB and MBA from Bar Ilan University.

Or Liond

Or joined the Firm as a pre-intern, bearing with him financial and accounting experience he gained as a CPA in the High-Tech and the Bio-Tech departments at EY, and as a credit analyst in the main management's commercial real estate sector at Bank Leumi.

Or practices primarily in the fields of inheritance, durable power of attorney, family businesses, including trusts' tax planning, real estate and commercial law.

Lior Vignanski 

Lior Vignanski completed his internship and worked at the firm of Yoram Hagai-Hajbi until 2000. Since then he has focused on coordinating the firm's real estate activity. He personally provides legal backing for many real estate transactions from the preliminary stage until completion of registration, inter alia representation before the planning committees and the licensing authorities, including construction, performance, co-ownership, consolidation and partition agreements and their registration.

He has an LLB from Bar Ilan University.

Ram Preiss Sitton

Ram practices litigation focusing mainly on libel, defamation and copyright lawsuits. In this context he represents various press and media corporations in the print, on-line and broadcasting industries, also in class actions and freedom of information petitions. In addition Ram represents also individuals and private companies in various civil and commercial legal disputes.

Ram is fluent in German.

LL.B. and BA in Business Administration from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.

Moran Halfon

Moran offers legal advice to press and media companies, especially in the field of copyright, privacy protection, information law in a digital environment, and advises on content agreements including contracts with news agencies.

Moran joined the firm in 2018, where he completed his internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate later in the year.

LL.B. in Law & B.A. in Media Studies from The College of Management Academic Studies.
